DEVELOPEMENT AND TESTING: Following the popularity of our Huracan Race Exhaust, we were asked to build a similarly aggressive custom Audi exhaust system for the newest R8. This is the perfect exhaust system for SEMA builds, kitted cars, and the weekend cruiser alike. The factory exhaust is incredibly heavy at over 60 lbs with several chambers and secondary, unmonitored catalytic converters. It simply does not offer the roar that most are looking for in under-aggressive acceleration. To achieve our goals of maximum power, lightness, and sound, we use 3" diameter tubing and individual piping for each bank of the engine to drop over 50 lbs from the vehicle and enhance the V10 roar. Factory heat shielding is retained.

CONSTRUCTION: Each system is made from mandrel bent .060" wall T304L stainless steel tubing, CNC machined flanges, and laser cut brackets.
BOLT ON AND GO: Each system is tested in a fixture to ensure perfect fitment before and after Jet-Hot coating and then foam packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
